Disclose to me at the start of communication, whether or not your commission will be used for personal or commercial use!

Only use my works for commercial use if you have my explicit consent!

You are allowed to make personal merchandise with my commissioned works [Keychains, Poster etc. only for yourself/friends]

You are allowed to use my commission as a Profile Picture

You are NOT allowed to claim my art as yours.

Direct credit isn’t mandatory but highly preferred.

You may NOT remove any signature or watermark that I may put on my work.

I do NOT consent for my art to be used for any AI training or NFT trading.

I am allowed to decline any commission if it is either too complex for my skills, against my TOS, or I’m dissatisfied with how the client is treating me.

Cancellation of a commission is permitted any time before I start shading/coloring, depending on your commission.

You are allowed to ask for changes in the work within reason. [ Example: If I’m rendering and you request for a complete pose change, I will not do that.]

I will send plenty of WIPS, so please don’t be afraid to ask for adjustments during my sketch and line art phase!

I work best with a lot of references [Character References, Mood Boards, Pose References, etc]

I am currently still in University and have a job, so my commissions can take a couple days up to a few months depending on my work load and on the commissions complexity.

Currently Payment is ONLY possible through PayPal, Discord Nitro or KoFi.

Payment must be converted into Euros. [nitro excluded]

Commissions under 10€ have to be paid upfront.

Commissions above 10€ can be paid either upfront or 50/50 [first 50% after receiving the sketch, the rest after the work is done.]

If I cannot finish your commission, you shall be giving a partial or full refund, depending on how much work I had already put into the commission.

Commercial Commissions can cost up to double of the original price, depending on it’s use.

I shall only start/continue working on a commission once payment has been given.

No refunds after the sketch has been done and adjusted.

If you are paying with PayPal, do not send any payment until I myself have sent an invoice with my pricing.

If I haven’t been given my payment within 72 Hours without good reason , I will not complete your work nor give you the full piece.

Prices can vary depending on the complexity of your request, but will still stay within reason!
